These terms apply to every purchase on cctheceo.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

CC THE CEO is a trading name of STICKYBESTIE LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (Business ID 0008053437). Contact: hello@cctheceo.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: ebooks, the CEO Mini Course and access to the CC THE CEO Academy (online lessons, case studies, templates and community). Nothing is shipped; everything is delivered online.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency you choose, including any VAT or sales tax that applies to your country, which is shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order. Your contract with us starts when we send the order confirmation email.

4. Delivery and access

You get access straight after payment, by download link, by email or through your account. If you have not received access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email us.

5. Your right to cancel and refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to start delivery straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download or access has started.

Not yet used: if you have not downloaded the product or logged in to the course or Academy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order.
Already used: once a product has been downloaded, opened or accessed, we do not give refunds.
Faulty files: if a file is broken, incomplete or not as described, email us and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, you will get a refund.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Licence and use

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for yourself and your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or upload the ebooks, videos, templates or course materials, or share your Academy login. All content remains the intellectual property of CC THE CEO. We may close access without refund if these rules are broken.

7. The Academy and community

Be respectful in the community. We may remove posts or members that are abusive, spam or break the law. We may update, reorganise or improve lessons and case studies over time.

8. Results and earnings disclaimer

The results, revenue figures and stories on this website and in our products are CC's own experience. They are not typical and not a promise. Your results depend on your situation, effort, market and many other factors. Our products are education, not financial, legal or tax advice.

9. Liability

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most issues are solved by email.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you placed your order.
