This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit cctheceo.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing address and country, what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Account and Academy details: your login email, your progress and anything you post in the community.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Email marketing: your email address and how you interact with our emails, only if you sign up or agree to receive them.
- Website data: technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Why we use it
- To process your order, give you access to your digital products and send receipts (to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your questions and provide support (our legitimate interest in helping customers).
- To send newsletters, launch news and reminders such as an unfinished checkout (with your consent where the law requires it; you can unsubscribe at any time with one click).
- To measure and improve the website and our advertising, for example through analytics and advertising pixels (with your consent where required).
- To keep accounting and tax records and to prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us run the business, such as our store platform (BigCommerce), payment providers, our email platform (Klaviyo), hosting and file delivery, analytics and advertising platforms (such as Meta), and our accountants. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
We are based in the USA and some of our providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually up to seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Academy accounts are kept while your access is active and deleted on request.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the store, the cart and your login. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
